Return and Exchange Policy
- The original purchase receipt (invoice) must be presented for any return or exchange.
- Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase, except for accessories, toys, and pet medicines, which are non-returnable.
- Returns and exchanges can only be processed through our main branch in Lahore.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
- Products that show signs of misuse or wear that affect the product’s quality.
- Products purchased during special offers or promotions.
Replacement Policy
- Our staff will inspect the product. If signs of misuse are detected, the replacement will not be processed.
- Products with missing essential parts are not eligible for replacement.
- Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced immediately.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a similar product in use or value.
- Used products not matching the original condition and quality are not eligible for return or replacement.
Regular Delivery Contract Service
- Customers who wish to receive the same product on a weekly or monthly basis may contact customer service to set up recurring deliveries.
- The order may be canceled up to one day before the scheduled delivery date.
Passenger Service (For International Travel)
If you are traveling outside Pakistan and want your pet products delivered on scheduled dates:
- Please contact customer service to record your details.
- Pre-payment is required for all deliveries made under this service.
- Products will be delivered on time according to our agreed terms.
General Information
- We offer daily delivery across all governorates of Pakistan.
- If you place multiple orders separately, please contact customer service so we can consolidate them for reduced shipping fees.
